Nicole has a law degree from Universidad de las Américas. She has experience in judicial tax litigation proceedings, claims, consultations, and tax audits in administrative proceedings, business consulting and advisory services, and local and foreign tax planning, along with practice in matters related to Tax, Customs, and Municipal Administration, and ex-post cases before the National Customs Service of Ecuador (SENAE, from the Spanish). 

She has recently completed coursework on a Master’s Degree in International Taxation at the Universidad Internacional de la Rioja (UNIR) (International University of La Rioja). She has taken numerous courses and seminars on Tax Law, Public Procurement, Administrative Law, International Taxation, and Tax Planning. 

She has served in the public sector, including positions at the Internal Revenue Service and in the private sector in prestigious national law firms. She has broad experience in corporate advising and legal representation in tax and customs matters. 

She is recommended by the Leaders League international ranking for the year 2024 in the area of Tax Law.
